Free Day of Yoga Guidelines
In our new world of online, indoor and outdoor classes, here are a few guidelines to make your class experience fabulous:
Online Classes
Online Classes
- Preregistration may be required to access link
- Log on before class.
- Gather props ahead of time -- bed/couch pillows, a robe tie, a thick hardback book in lieu of bolsters, straps and blocks. Anything can be a prop!
- Turn off your phone.
- Make your practice space special by lighting a candle, removing clutter and setting an intention to be present.
- In person classes will have maximum capacity limits, preregistration may be required.
- Arrive to class on time.
- Bring your own props - Many studios are not loaning equipment. You may need to provide your own props for use during class.

- Indoor studios may have additional requirements - proof of vaccination, pre-registration, pre-arrival times, etc.
