Free Day of Yoga Guidelines
In our new world of online, indoor and outdoor classes, here are a few guidelines to make your class experience fabulous:
Online Classes
Preregistration may be required to access link
Log on before class.
Gather props ahead of time -- bed/couch pillows, a robe tie, a thick hardback book in lieu of bolsters, straps and blocks. Anything can be a prop!
Turn off your phone.
Make your practice space special by lighting a candle, removing clutter and setting an intention to be present.
Indoor and Outdoor Classes
In person classes will have maximum capacity limits, preregistration may be required.
Arrive to class on time.
Bring your own props - Many studios are not loaning equipment. You may need to provide your own props for use during class.
Turn off your phone.
Follow COVID guidelines, observe social distancing, practice space 6 feet apart, wear mask indoors and wash hands frequently. Select your county for current mask information: Placer County , Sacramento County or Yolo County.
Indoor studios may have additional requirements - proof of vaccination, pre-registration, pre-arrival times, etc.
