* Your class information will be listed on the Free Day of Yoga Schedule page of this website. 

Please submit your listing by Labor Day - including your logo file. 

Your class will be added to the schedule within 48 hours.  Contact [email protected] with any questions.


A Benefit to Teachers & the Community

This completely free event serves our local community and its yoga teachers/studios in a number of ways:

  • It raises the visibility of our teachers and studios
  • It showcases the tremendous diversity of teaching styles, quality, and talent in our city
  • Teachers have the opportunity to give back to our community
  • People who have never tried yoga can try it (for free)
  • Existing students can try new classes, teachers, and studios to broaden their exposure
  • It builds community between and among teachers and students
  • Participants come into town from all over the greater Sacramento area, expanding our yoga community
  • It’s a ton of fun!
